A connector for fastening attachable panels, boards, or like building elements, or fastening means for such building elements, on walls, ceilings, or other parts of buildings in an acoustically and/or thermally insulating manner, which comprises a sectional member adapted to be fastened on the building part next to the wall and another sectional member adapted to be held at a distance from the building part, which sectional members have free end portions disposed so as at least partly to overlap with clearance or at a distance from one another and are provided with apertures through which a pin or like connecting member is guided, characterised in that the apertures (2; 2') have bush-like bearing members (3) which are made of elastic material and which serve for the elastic mounting of the connecting member (5).
