1. Fence of large area fence elements (4) connectable to posts (1) in which each post (1) is securable in the ground and has two clamping strips (1a, 1b) extending in its longitudinal direction which are clampable to one another by a plurality of bolts (8) and nuts (9) and between which edge portions (15) of fence elements (4) adjacent the posts (1) are held, characterised in that each post (1) comprises only the clamping strips (1a, 1b) in continuous form, each large surface fence element (4) includes a fence field to be arranged as a whole between two posts (1), the edge portions (15) which are grippable between the two clamping strips (1a, 1b) are each constructed as one continuous vertical component, the bolts (8) and nuts (9) when seen in the direction of the breadth of the clamping strips (1a, 1b) are disposed centrally on the latter and fixing points are present on the portion (3) of the post (1) which is to be sunk into the ground (2) for the reception of spacers or crosspieces (6).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zaun aus an Pfosten befestigbaren großflächigen Zaunelementen, sowie einen Bausatz zur Herstellung eines Zaunes dieser Art. Der erfindungsgemäße Zaun kennzeichnet sich im wesentlichen dadurch, daß ein an einem Pfosten (1) zu befestigender vertikaler Randabschnitt (15) des betreffenden Zaunelementes (4) zwischen am dem Pfosten ausgebildeten oder anbringbaren Klemmstücken (1a, 1b) oder (18) oder (20, 1) einspannbar ist. Die Befestigung der Zaunelemente (4) an dem Pfosten (1) wird dadurch hergestellt, daß jeweils der an den Pfosten angrenzende vertikale Randabschnitt (15) des betreffenden Zaunelementes (4) durch Aufpressen von Klemmstücken (1a, 1b) oder (18) oder (20, 1) festgehalten wird. Die Erfindung ist vor allem an Holzzäunen, insbesondere an Flechtzäunen verwendbar, allerdings 1äßt sie sich auch an Zaunelementen sowie Pfosten aus anderem Material, beispielsweise aus Metall verwirklichen.
