[origin: ES475136A1] A deaerating valve for bagging fluidized pulverulent products into sacks of the open-mouth type. The valve includes a filtering sheet housed on the inside of the sack to be filled, this sheet having a texture and a thickness such that it multiplies the suction effect through the valve and plays the role of a "wick" to drain the air into a large space. The dimensions of the sheet are considerable with respect to those of the deaerating valve its surface area may attain that of the flat spread-out sack. The invention is useful in the removal of air from impermeable bags designed to receive a micromized pulverulent product.

L'invention concerne une valve de désaération pour l'ensachage de produits pulvérulents fluidisés dans des sacs du type à gueule ouverte. La valve 2 comporte une plaque filtrante 14 logée à l'intérieur 12 du sac 1 à remplir, cette plaque ayant une texture et une épaisseur E telles qu'elle multiplie l'effet d'aspiration à travers la valve et joue le rôle d'une "mèche" pour drainer l'air dans un volume important, les dimensions (H, L) de la plaque étant importantes vis-à-vis de celles (h, l) de la valve de désaération 2 et sa surface pouvant atteindre celle du sac 1 étalé à plat. Application à la désaération de sacs imperméables destinés à recevoir un produit pulvérulent micromisé.
