1. Tool combined with tool-holder for making collars (T1) on pipings (T) or plane surfaces, comprising mounted upon a body (1) a drilling means for the tube (T) and an upsetting means for the periphery of said pre-established hole, for the formation of a collar (T1), characterized in that said tool carries coaxially to one of the ends thereof the drilling means (2) of the tube (T) and at the other end thereof a bent finger (1**1) for the upsetting, together with driving symmetrical positioning means such as peripheral grooves (1**2) with projecting finger (3) for the rotational and sliding drive of the tool in order to perform on the one hand the drilling operation and on the other hand the upsetting operation, for the formation of the collar after overturning .

Outil combiné et réversible avec porte-outil pour l'obtention de collerettes (T1) sur tuyauteries (T) ou surfaces planes, avec un corps (1) comportant en bout un moyen de perçage (2) du tube (T), et du côté opposé, un moyen de formation de la collerette (T1) à partir du trou (T2) pré-établi, le diamètre (d) du moyen de perçage (2) étant déterminé en fonction du diamètre interne de la collerette (T1) et de sa longueur, pour autoriser par un même outil, la formation du trou (T2) dans le tube (T), et après sa réversion, la formation de la collerette (T1) correspondante; le corps (1) étant positionné dans l'alésage axial (4¹) du porte-outil (4) tandis qu'un cliquet (7) coopère avec la gorge périphérique arrière (1²) munie d'un doigt (3) d'accouplement; une lame ressort (8) fixée sur le porte-outil (4), coopérant de par sa rampe (8¹) avec un axe transversal (10) d'une bague extérieure (11) coulissante, pour la commande du déplacement du cliquet (7).
