Es wird ein Betätigungshilfsmittel für die Handhabung eines Reissverschlusses geschaffen, wobei dieses Betätigungshilfsmittel (20) die Zuglasche (18) eines Reissverschlusses sicher aufnimmt und beim Betätigen des Reissverschlusses die Zuglasche (18) in einer Lage hält, derart, dass sich die Zuglasche (18) senkrecht zur Erstreckungsebene des Reissverschlusses erstreckt, so dass damit die beste Kraft auf den Reissverschluss aufgebracht werden kann.
