1. A connection arrangement for in each case four or six equal-length roof, wall or ceiling panels (1) meeting at one point of the trapezoidal or triangular cross-section prefabricated house, a false floor being incorporated in the case of a triangular prefabricated house, characterized in that the means of connection (9) consists of two or three flat legs (5, 6, 7) arranged at an angle to each other and connected to a reinforcing web (8) running at right angles to them, that recesses are provided in the front sides of the panels (1) which form a blunt joint one with the other, that in the assembled sate the reinforcing web (8) fits between the front sides of the panels (1) and each leg (5, 6, 7) fits with one half in the recess of a panel (1) and with the other half in the recess of a neighbouring panel (1), the angle between the legs (5, 6, 7) being equal to the angle between the panels (1).
Abstract (de)
Der Erfindung des Fertighauses liegt die Überlegung zugrunde, mit nur 'einem' selbsttragenden Element Wand, Decke und Fußboden in möglichst einfacher Weise montier und demontierbar herzustellen. Grundlage der Form des Hauses ist das gleichschenklige Dreieck von 6,00 m Seitenlänge, woraus sich das Trapezhaus mit den Seitenlängen von ca. 3,00 m ergibt. Diese Seitenlänge ist die Grundlage der Größe der selbsttragenden Elemente. Bedingt durch diese Form sind die Verbindungen im oberen Bereich Druckverbindungen und können mittels der entwickelten Stahllaschen gesteckt werden, ohne Nagelverbindung. Die Verbindung von Platte zu Platte erfolgt über Nut und Feder. In der gleichen Weise werden die Giebelelemente eingesetzt und befestigt. Durch das Minimum an Bauteilen und der Austauschmöglichkeit der Elemente ist der Zusammenbau eines Hauses jedem Laien möglich.
