In the case of an electrical cable or an electrical lead with an envelope (4, 7) (wire insulation, sleeve) of silicon rubber, a siliconised film is embedded in the envelope (4, 7) or is arranged on the inner side of the envelope. The film (5) is formed into a tube with overlapping strip edges. The film consists, for example, of a heat resistant polymer or elastomer, or of metal, and is bonded or welded to the envelope by means of the silicon coating (6). An improvement in the physical characteristics of the envelope of silicon rubber is achieved by means of the siliconised film, for example improved strippability from a multi-wire lead, increased resistance to permeation by hot vapour and humidity, higher tensile strength, and flame resistance. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem elektrischen Kabel oder einer elektrischen Leitung mit einer Umhüllung (4,7) (Aderisolierung, Mantel) aus Silikonkautschuk ist in die Umhüllung (4,7) eine silikonisierte Folie eingebettet oder auf der Innenseite der Umhüllung angeordnet. Die Folie (5) ist mit überlappenden Bandkanten zum Rohr geformt. Sie besteht beispielsweise aus einem wärmebeständigen Polymer oder Elastomer oder aus Metall und ist mittels des Silikonauftrages (6) mit der Umhüllung verklebt bzw. verschweisst. Mittels der silikonisierten Folie wird eine Verbesserung der physikalischen Eigenschaften der Umhüllung aus Silikonkautschuk erreicht, beispielsweise eine bessere Abstreifbarkeit von einem mehrdrähtigen Leiter, erhöhte Permeationsbeständigkeit gegenüber Heissdampf und Feuchtigkeit, höhere Zugfestigkeit, Flammwidrigkeit.
