The application relates to a rolling and rocking board for playing, for training, in particular in sport types where mastery of balance is important, and for therapeutic purposes. The rolling and rocking board consists of a cylindrical member (2) and an elongate board (1) which has, arranged on the underside parallel to the longitudinal axis, at least one guide strip (5) and, at the ends, movement-limiting strips (6) for the cylindrical member (2). The guide strips (5) can be arranged asymmetrically in relation to the central longitudinal axis and the limiting strips (6) offset from the edge. Abstract (de)
Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Roll- und Wippbrett zum Spielen, zum Trainieren, insbesondere bei Sportarten, bei denen es auf die Beherrschung des Gleichgewichts ankommt, und zu therapeutischen Zwecken. Das Roll- und Wippbrett besteht aus einem zylindrischen Körper (2) und einer langgestreckten Platte (1), die an der Unterseite mindestens eine parallel zur Längsachse angeordnete Führungs- (5) und an den Enden Bewegungsbegrenzungsleisten (6) für den zylindrischen Körper (2) aufweist. Die Führungsleisten (5) können bezüglich der zentralen Längsachse asymmetrisch und die Begrenzungsleisten (6) vom Rand versetzt angeordnet sein. Der zylindrische Körper (2) kann den Abmessungen der Führungsleisten (5) und ihrem Abstand voneinander entsprechende rundumlaufende Rillen aufweisen.
