Abstract (en)
The underframe has several steep frame legs, preferably arranged essentially vertically. The object of the invention is to indicate a device which can be produced simply and at low cost, in which the length of the frame legs is changed by the dead weight of the frame or the table or by spring pressure without awkward adjustment and is thereby adapted quickly and conveniently to unevenness in the floor. This is achieved in that the frame legs (4) have lower parts (5) which can be pushed in telescopically and are coupled to one another by mechanical coupling elements, for example balls or wire cables which are guided from one table leg through the frame tube to the other table leg. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Gestell für Tische, fahrbare Bürowagen und dergleichen mit mehreren steilen, vorzugsweise im wesentlichen senkrecht angeordneten Gestellbeinen, und hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, eine einfach und mit geringen Kosten herzustellende Vorrichtung anzugeben, bei der durch das Eigengewicht des Gestelles bzw. Tisches bzw. durch Federdruck die Länge der Gestellbeine ohne derartige, ziemlich umständliche Einregulierung verändert und dadurch an Unebenheiten des Bodens schnell und bequem angepasst wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Gestellbeine (4) teleskopartig hineinschiebbare untere Teile (5) haben, welche miteinander durch mechanische Koppelelemente verkoppelt sind, beispielsweise Kugeln oder Drahtseile, welche von einem Tischbein durch das Gestellrohr zum anderen Tischbein geführt sind.
