Abstract (en)
The invention applies to a door closer. The device comprises a hydraulic chamber in which a piston is displaced when the door is turned by means of a pinion connected to one of the arms of the door closer. The device also comprises an injector via which the oil passes when the door recloses under the action of a spring. The injector has radial orifices, one of which can be closed by a valve associated with the piston and the other of which can be subjected to the action of a screw for setting the slow closing speed. The relative position between the injector tube and the piston determines the position of the door more or less near to the frame, from which it is to be displaced slowly. Longitudinal recesses offer a wider passage to the oil at the end of closing in order to overcome the resistance of the latch. Moreover, a locking element incorporated in the door closer makes it possible to keep the door open in a predetermined position. The invention is used in door closers. <IMAGE>

L'invention s'applique à un ferme-porte. Le dispositif comprend une chambre hydraulique dans laquelle se déplace un piston quand on fait tourner la porte au moyen d'un pignon relié à l'un des bras du fermeporte. Le dispositif comprend aussi un injecteur par où passe l'huile lorsque la porte se referme sous l'action d'un ressort. L'injecteur comprend des orifices radiaux dont l'un peut être fermé par une soupape associée au piston et l'autre peut-être soumis à l'action d'une vis pour régler la vitesse de fermeture lente. La position relative entre le tube injecteur et le piston détermine la position de la porte plus au moins proche du bâti à partir de laquelle elle doit se déplacer lentement. Des évidements longitudinaux offrent un passage plus important à l'huile en fin de fermeture pour vaincre la résistance du loquet. Par ailleurs, un élément de verrouillage incorporé au ferme-porte permet de maintenir la porte ouverte dans une position predéterminée. Applications: aux ferme-portes.
