Abstract (en)
From a reservoir for receiving material in powder form, the material in powder form is transported by means of a conveying device to a consumption container. The reservoir can receive as material in powder form, for example, toner powder which has to be transported to a developer station of a non-mechanical copying or printing apparatus. Since the material in powder form often has very poor pourability properties, clumps easily and adheres to the walls of the housing, an apparatus (AC, SE) having a scraper wire (DR) is arranged in the reservoir, rotates constantly and, by means of the scraper wire (DR), removes the material in powder form from the wall of the housing of the reservoir and additionally loosens this material. The housing of the reservoir consists of a round part (RT) in which the apparatus with the scraper wire (DR) is arranged, and a further part (WT) which starts from the round part and tapers continuously. Arranged at the end of the round part (RT) is an aperture which leads to a conveyor pipe (FR) in which a screw conveyor (SP) may be arranged. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Von einem Vorratsbehälter zur Aufnahme von pulverförmigem Material wird das pulverförmige Material mit Hilfe einer Fördervorrichtung zu einem Verbrauchsbehälter transportiert. Der Vorratsbehälter kann z.B. als pulverförmiges Material Tonerpulver aufnehmen, das zu einer Entwicklerstation eines nichtmechanischen Kopier- oder Druckgerätes transportiert werden muß. Da das pulverförmige Material oft sehr schlechte Schütteigenschaften hat, leicht verklumpt und an den Gehäusewandungen anhaftet, ist in dem Vorratsbehälter eine Vorrichtung (AC, SE) mit einem Schäldraht (DR) angeordnet, die ständig rotiert und mit dem Schäldraht (DR) das pulverförmige Material von der Gehäusewandung des Vorratsbehälters entfernt und dieses zusätzlich auflockert. Das Gehäuse des Vorratsbehälters besteht dabei aus einem runden Teil (RT), in dem die Vorrichtung mit dem Schäldraht (DR) angeordnet ist, und einem von dem runden Teil atisgehenden, sich ständig verjüngenden weiteren Teil (WT). Am Ende des runden Teiles (RT) ist eine Öffnung angeordnet, die zu einem Förderrohr (FR) führt, in der eine Förderspirale (SP) angeordnet sein kann.
