[origin: WO7900244A1] Process and device for removing oil, cleaning, washing and drying industrial pieces especially objects having cavities. To clean rapidly, without any problem and practically automatically industrial pieces, a process is proposed wherein a centrifugal drum (1) full of the objects to be treated is rotated at a high rotating speed on a vertical rotation axis (27) allowing the removal of the oil from the objects and the draining of the removed oil; the centrifugal drum is then slowed down inclined in a cleansing position and rotated on a second inclined rotation axis at a lower rotating speed, so as to treat the objects placed in the centrifugal drum in the same manner as in a cleansing bell; cleaning and/or rinsing means are then introduced, particularly in a liquid form; after this washing the centrifugal drum is rotated at a higher speed still on the inclined rotation axis, thus allowing the draining, at least partially, of the cleaning and rinsing means and a redistribution of the objects to be treated in the centrifugal drum (1), avoiding bigger imbalances, and then the centrifugal drum is brought back to its vertical position and is rotated at high speed to allow the draining of the remainder of the cleaning and rinsing means and the drying of the objects to be treated. For the application of the process, a device is proposed having a drum axis which can be tilted from a vertical position to an inclined position, characterized in that the bottom of the support of the centrifugal drum has a draining conduit (17) at the lowest point of the inclined position. This conduit can be connected to a container for the expelled liquids, in particular oil, or to a container for the cleaning and/or rinsing means of a two-way valve (18).

Procede et dispositif pour enlever l'huile, ecurer, laver et secher des pieces industrielles notamment des objets avec des cavites. Pour nettoyer rapidement, sans probleme et pratiquement automatiquement des pieces industrielles, on propose un procede qui se caracterise par le fait qu'un tambour centrifuge (1) rempli avec les objets a traiter est mis en rotation a haute vitesse de rotation autour d'un axe de rotation vertical (27) permettant d'enlever l'huile des objets et l'ecoulement de l'huile expulsee; le tambour centrifuge (1) est ensuite ralenti, incline dans une position d'ecurage et mis en rotation autour d'un deuxieme axe de rotation incline, avec une vitesse de rotation moindre, de maniere a ce que les objets se trouvant dans le tambour centrifuge (1) soient traites comme dans une cloche d'ecurage; on y introduit ensuite un moyen de nettoyage et/ou de rincage, notamment sous forme liquide; apres ce lavage le tambour centrifuge est mis en rotation a vitesse plus elevee en conservant l'axe de rotation incline, permettant ainsi l'ecoulement, au moins partiel, du moyen de nettoyage et de rincage et une redistribution des objets a traiter dans le tambour centrifuge (1), en evitant de creer des desequilibres plus grands et ensuite de ramener le tambour centrifuge dans sa position de centrifugation verticale et de le mettre en rotation a haute vitesse pour permettre l'ecoulement du reste du moyen de nettoyage et de rincage et pour permettre le sechage des objets a traiter. Pour mettre en oeuvre ce procede, on propose un dispositif avec un axe de tambour inclinable d'une position verticale dans une position inclinee, caracterise par le fait que le sol du support du tambour centrifuge presente un conduit d'ecoulement (17) a l'endroit le plus bas de la position inclinee. Ce conduit peut etre relie avec un container pour les liquides expulses, notamment de l'huile, ou avec un container pour les moyens de nettoyage et/ou de rincage au moyen d'une vanne a deux voies (18).
