Abstract (en)
The laminated rectangular blank made of cardboard or card for producing a detergent drum has a beaded edge (3) at the top and/or bottom. The drum consists of a single - or multi-layered, bearing inner wall (1) and a single - or multi-layered outer coating (2). The outer coating (2) projects in the region of the beaded edge (3) over the bearing inner wall (1). The beaded edge (3) is then formed from the projecting strip of the outer coating (2). By this means, the formation of the beaded edge (3) is simplified in relation to the previous beading of all the coatings of the drum wall lying above one another without the stacking stability of the drum produced from the blank being weakened by the beaded edge (3). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen mehrlagigen Rechteckquerschnitt aus Karton oder Pappe zum Herstellen einer Waschmitteltrommel mit Bördelrand (3) an Kopf und/oder Boden. Die Trommel besteht aus einer ein-oder mehrlagigen, tragenden Innenwand (1) und einer ein- oder mehrlagigen Außenschicht (2). Die Außenschicht (2) steht im Bereich des Bördelrandes (3) über die tragende Innenwand (1) über. Der Bördelrand (3) wird dann aus dem überstehenden Streifen der Außenschicht (2) gebildet. Hierdurch wird das Bilden des Bördelrandes (3) gegenüber dem bisherigen Bördeln aller übereinanderliegenden Schichten der Trommelwand vereinfacht, onhe daß die Stapelstabilität der aus dem Zuschnitt hergestellten Trommel durch den Bördelrand (3) geschwächt wird.
