[origin: WO7900008A1] A device for absorbing urine with incontinent persons is disclosed, which device comprises a holder (1) for multiple use and a disposable diaper (2) situated in the holder (1). The holder (1) consists of a perforated inner part (3) made from a thin flexible material and an outer part (7) also made from a thin flexible material. The inner part (3) has a curved shape to bear against the bodily shape of the wearer and includes an upwardly wider portion (4) in relation to the wearer and a downwardly tapering portion (5). Running along its outer contours is a reinforcement (6) made from a flexible material having such stability that a curved form is maintained. The outer part (7) is of substantially the same shape as the inner part (3) and is attached to the downwardly tapering portion (5) of the inner part. The outer part (7) also has a reinforcement (8) running along its outer contour. The diaper (2) has an extension corresponding to that of the inner part (3) of the holder (1) and comprises an absorption core and a liquid-permeable material enveloping the absorption core. The inner part (3) may be shaped substantially as an equilateral triangle and may have a rectangular extension.

Un dispositif absorbant l'urine, pour les personnes souffrant d'incontinence, comprend un support (1) utilisable plusieurs fois et une garniture (2) placee dans le support (1). Le support (1) consiste en une partie interne perforee (3) faite d'un materiau mince et flexible et en une partie externe (7) egalement en un materiau mince et flexible. La partie interne (3) presente une forme incurvee qui s'adapte a la forme du corps de l'utilisateur et comprend une zone (4) qui s'evase vers le haut par rapport au corps de l'utilisateur et une zone (5) dont la largeur diminue progressivement vers le bas. Un renfort exterieur (6) en un materiau flexible maintient une forme incurvee grace a la stabilite mecanique du materiau. La partie exterieure (7) presente une forme sensiblement identique a celle de la partie interne (3) et s'attache a la zone (5) de la partie interne. La partie externe (7) presente egalement un renfort exterieur (8). L'extension de la garniture (2) correspond a celle de la partie interne (3) du support (1) et cette garniture comprend une partie centrale absorbante enveloppee dans un materiau permeable aux liquides. La partie interne (3) peut avoir la forme d'un triangle equilateral et peut presenter une extension rectangulaire.
