Abstract (en)
The textile water keel (1) is filled with water for stabilising and weighting (ballast) the boat, in which arrangement the water keel (1) is firmly installed during building of the boats or can also be subsequently inserted in already existing boats, preferably inflatable boats. The water keel is divided in the longitudinal direction by a flexible, textile partition (6) into two tubular chambers which are independent of one another and are in turn split up in the transverse direction by two or more textile partitions (7) into three or more tubular-chamber sections which, depending on requirement, can be filled with air or water and also emptied again via inlet tubes (4, 5). The same principle can be applied in the case of so-called solid keels (e.g. of plastic, metal), in which case the separation of the tubular chambers or partitioning of the tubular-chamber sections can be of textile or flexible construction or even rigid construction.

Textiler Wasserkiel (1) für Sportboote und Schlauch boote, welcher zur Stabilisierung und Beschwerung (Ballast) des Bootes mit Wasser gefüllt wird, wobei der Wasserkiel (1) beim Bau der Boote fest eingebaut oder auch nachträglich in bereits bestehende Boote, vorzugsweise Schlauchboote, eingefügt werden kann. Der Wasserkiel ist in Längsrichtung durch eine flexible, textile Abtrennung (6) in zwei voneinander unabhängige Schlauchkammer geteilt, die wiederum durch zwei oder mehrere textile Abtrennungen (7) in Querrichtung in drei oder mehrere Schlauchkammerab-schnitte aufgeteilt sind, welche je nach Bedarf über Einlassschläuche (4,5) mit Luft oder Wasser gefüllt ünd auch wieder entleert werden können. Das gleiche Prinzip ist verwendbar bei sogenannten Festkielen (z.B. aus Kunststoff, Metall), wobei die Trennung der Schlauchkammern, bzw. Abtrennung der Schlauchkammerabschnitte textil und flexibel oder auch starr ausgestaltet sein können.
