Abstract (en)
In order to inspect the tubes of heat exchangers having a U-tube bundle, a test probe (1) having a flexible sliding hose (12, 21) is pushed into a tube. The sliding hose (12) is designed with greater flexibility in the vicinity of the test probe (1) and substantially thinner than the tube. It carries centring members (13), which preferably surround the sliding hose spherically. As a result, it is also possible to inspect the pipe bends of steam generators in nuclear power stations. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zur Prüfung der Rohre von Wärmetauschern mit einem U-Rohrbündel wird eine Prüfsonde (1) mit einem flexiblen Schubschlauch (12,21) in ein Rohr geschoben. Der Schub schlauch (12) ist in der Nähe der Prüfsonde (1), mit größerer Flexibilität ausgeführt und wesentlich dünner als das Rohr. Er Trägt Zentrierkörper (13), die den Schubschlauch vorzugsweise kugelförmig umgeben. Damit können auch die Rohrbögen der Dampferzeuger von Kernkraftwerken geprüft werden.
