[origin: ES484607A1] A dryshaver has a beard cutter and a drive which powers the same. The dryshaver also has a long-hair trimmer and a fist slide on which the trimmer is mounted and which is movable to and from an operating position in which the trimmer is operatively coupled with the drive to be powered by the same. A switch is provided which controls the supply of electrical energy to the drive, and a second slide-mounted on or in the first slide for movement relative to the same-has a projection which activates or de-activates the swtich in dependence upon the movement of the second slide.
