1. A stopping device with a self orientation of the stopper using a stopping element of the standard "capsule" type (2), comprising only a radial abutment (5, 19, 24) adapted for cooperating with a radial abutment (6, 18, 26) which is integral with the flask body, for example radial abutments resulting from an interlocking engagement, in combination with a device for urging the interlocking of the stopping element and the flask body, characterized in that the device urging the interlocking engagement of the stopping element and the flask body is provided by a part (7) carrying the threading of the neck and resiliently urgent (11, 23) in the screwing direction of the stopper, with means (9, 10 ; 20, 21) limiting the rotation of said part relative to the flask body.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de bouchage à auto-orientation du bouchon utilisant un élément de bouchage du type "capsule" comportant une butée radiale susceptible de coopérer avec une butée radiale solidaire du corps du flacon 1 en combinaison avec un dispositif de sollicitation à l'encliquetage de l'élément de bouchage et du corps du flacon. Conformément à l'invention le dispositif de sollicitation à l'encliquetage par emboîtement de l'élément de bouchage 2 et du corps du flacon 1 est constitué par une pièce 7 portant le filetage du goulot et sollicitée élastiquement dans la direction de vissage du bouchon par un ressort 11 avec des moyens 9 limitant la rotation de ladite pièce par rapport au corps du flacon. L'invention est applicable pour obtenir qu'un bouchon qui n'est pas de révolution ait toujours après mise en place une position définie par rapport au flacon.
