Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0010215A1] 1. Continuous form, particularly for EDP printing apparatus, including a carrier having edge strips on both sides with transport holes which is foldable and separable at transverse perforations disposed at a predetermined spacing and a plurality of first sheets is formed by the separation, in which copy sheets are secured to each first sheet, the copy sheets being narrower than the carrier sheet and being secured to this carrier sheet by means of a transversely extending connecting strip and being separable by means of registering perforations, characterised in that the perforations (8) of each connecting strip (5) extend in registry with an additional perforation (9) in the first sheet (1) lying beneath it, that each first sheet (1) has a longitudinal perforation (2) on both sides by means of which the edge strip (3) with the transport holes (4) can be separated and the first sheet in question can be brought to a desired breadth, in particular a breadth of a DIN format, that the copy sheets (6) terminate with their connecting strip (5) in each case shortly before the transverse perforation (10) of the subsequent first sheet (1), and that each first sheet (1) is slightly longer than the copy sheets (6) lying on it and the additional perforation (9) is disposed at such a distance from its upper edge that after tearing away the desired lengths remain, and in each case a free first sheet (1') is disposed between each first sheet (1) provided with copy sheets (6), and that at least one simple data sheet, preferably a filing card (13), is separable from the free first sheet (1') by means of at least one transverse perforation (11).
