Abstract (en)
The syphon fitting comprises a syphon tube (15) with a U-shaped bend which constantly contains water and a straight immersion tube (10) which is coupled to the syphon tube. With its lower end, the immersion tube projects partway into the water of the syphon tube. At the top, the immersion tube is connected to the outlet of the sink. In the immersion tube, a special channel (14) is separated off by a partition wall (13), the said channel having a lateral connection piece (12) at the top and serving to carry away water from a household machine. The remaining cross-section of the immersion tube serves to carry away the water from the sink. <IMAGE>

Die Sifon-Ablaufarmatur besteht aus einem U-förmig gekrümmten Sifonrohr (15), das ständig Wasser enthält, und aus einem geraden Tauchrohr (10), welches an das Sifon-Rohr angekuppelt ist. Das Tauchrohr ragt mit seinem unteren Ende ein Stück in das Wasser des Sifon-Rohres. Das Tauchrohr wird oben an den Ablauf des Spülbeckens angeschlossen. Im Tauchrohr ist durch eine Trennwand (13) ein besonderer Kanal (14) abgeteilt, der oben einen seitlichen Anschlußstutzen (12) aufweist und zur Abführung von Wasser aus einer Haushaltsmaschine dient. Der verbleibende Querschnitt des Tauchrohres dient zur Abführung des Wassers aus dem Spülbecken.
