Abstract (en)

A finishing composition for improving the thermal stability of polypropylene textile materials; comprising, an ethoxylated textile lubricant, in an amount sufficient to impart lubricating properties to said composition, and an antistatic agent comprising phosphate esters, in an amount sufficient to impart antistatic properties to said composition and increase the thermal stability of said polypropylene textile materials. Also disclosed is a process for utilizing the finishing composition and the products thereof.
