A swing-over switch comprising a fixed part (1) on which is pivotally mounted a movable part (2), a return spring (18) biasing the movable part to a position for closing an electric circuit and itself ensuring the closure of at least one electric circuit by abutment against at least one fixed contact (8), characterized in that the movable part (2) is constituted by a hollow body of plastics material formed by two half-cases (10, 11) which are closed by an elastic clipping together around two journals (4) formed on the fixed part (1) and provided with apertures (6) for the passage of a fixing element (7), the spring (18) being disposed in said movable part (2).
