An accessory unit is arranged next to the toilet bowl (1) and held by a beam (15) between the upper rim (2) of the toilet bowl and the seat or mounting panel (6), the beam at the same time serving as a warm-air douche and ensuring the necessary distance between the seat panel (4) and the upper rim (2) of the toilet bowl in order to be able to swivel a curved tube (35) with its spray-nozzle end (36) out of the accessory unit and through this gap into the toilet bowl (3). It produces a jet (44) of warm water which emerges from the underdouche tube bend (35) approximately tangentially, describes a shallow maximum in the central region of the seat-panel aperture (43) and ends below the upper rim (2) of the toilet bowl, at the front inside wall (45) of the toilet bowl (1) in order to permit gentle/undisturbed cleaning of the anal and, if required also of the vaginal region, of a toilet user without the risk of splashing. The accessory unit contains a hot-air fan (59) connected to the hollow beam (15), a pressure-controlled flow heater (63) and a working cylinder (31), which can be reversed via a solenoid valve and is operated using mains water pressure, for the swivelling motion of the underdouche curved tube (35). The switching on of the jet (44) of warm water from the underdouche and then the warm-air douche by the user is effected by applying pressure to various regions of a casing (23) swivellably mounted on the accessory unit. <IMAGE>

Ein Zusatzgerät ist neben dem Klosettbecken (1) angeordnet und zwischen dem Klosettschüssel-Oberrand (2) und dem Sitzbrett-Montagebrett (6) von einem Träger (15) gehaltert, der zugleich als Warmluftdusche dient und die notwendige Distanz zwischen Sitzbrett (4) und Klosettschüssel-Oberrand (2) sichert, um einen Rohrbogen (35) mit seinem Sprühdüsenende (36) aus dem Zusatzgerät heraus und durch diese Lücke hindurch in die Klosettschüssel (3) hineinschwenken zu können. Es erzeugt einen Warmwasserstrahl (44), der den Unterduschen-Rohrbogen (35) angenähert tangential verläßt, im Mittenbereich der Sitzbrett-Öffnung (43) ein flaches Maximum beschreibt und unterhalb des Klosettschüssel-Oberrandes (2) an der vorderen Innenwand (45) des Klosettbeckens (1) endet, um schonend-ungestörte Reinigung des Anal- und ggf. auch des Vaginalbereiches lichen. Das Zusatzgerät enthält ein an den hohlen Träger (15) eines Klosett-benutzers ohne Verspritzungsgefahr zu ermögangeschlossenes Warmluftgebläse (59), einen druckgesteuerten Durchlauferhitzer (63) und einen über ein Magnetventil umsteuerbaren, mit Leitungswasserdruck betriebenen Arbeitszylinder (31) für die Schwenkbewegung des Unterdusch-Rohrbogens (35). Die Benuzer-Einschaltung des Unterdusch-Warmwasserstrahles (44) und danach der Warmluftdusche erfolgt durch Druckeinwirkung auf verchiedene Regionen einer am Zusatzgerät verschwenkbar gelagerten Gehäuse-Ummantelung (23).
