1. Container, particularly for refuse, the front section only of which is closed off by a first folding/sliding cover (8), the folding axle (13) of which, mounted on its rear edge, can be displaced to beyond the rear edge (10) of the container opening (6) the folding axle being guided at a certain distance above the container edge (6), with a second cover (7) closing off the rear section of the container, wherein the rear cover (7) is hinge-connected to the front cover (8), extendable to beyond the rear edge (10) of the container opening (6) and, at the same time, capable of being folded downwards against the rear container wall (3) about its folding axle (3).

Bei einem Müllbehälter mit einem ersten Deckel (7) für den hinteren und einem zweiten Deckel (8) für den vorderen Teil der Öffnung wird die Achse (13) des vorderen Deckels (8) von Schwenkarmen (28) getragen, mit deren Hilfe sie zum hinteren Rand der Behälteröffnung verschiebbar ist, während der Deckel selbst, auf dem Rand der Behälteröffnung lastend, nachgeschleppt wird. Der hintere Deckel (7) ist hinter die Behälterrückwand (3) ausfahrbar.
