The heel (11) of the beam is mounted in at least one prefabricated element (15) with a substantially U-shaped cross-section and produced from a heat insulating foamed plastic material. Le talon (11) de la poutrelle est mis en place dans au moins un élément préfabriqué (15) à section transversale sensiblement en forme de U et réalisé en un matériau en mousse isolant thermique. Cette mise en place est effectuée de manière à réaliser l'assemblage avec liaison rigide de la poutrelle (12) et de l'élément préfabriqué (15) pour obtenir directement une poutrelle préfabriquée isolée.
