Abstract (en)

1. Screw-on or snap-on tamper-proof closure moulded in one piece from a thermoplastic material, comprising a tamper-proof ring moulded at the base of the closure, characterised in that this tamper-proof ring comprises an external skirt (4) and internal segments (5) connected to the skirt (4) by their extremities (6) which are obliquely orientated in a particular direction with regard to the radial direction, in such a way that these segments (5) can, during removal from the mould and fitting of the closure, fold back against the skirt (4) and thus clear the neck-ring (8) of the bottle or the container at the time of fitting of the closure, whilst being retained by the neck-ring (8) at the time of removal of the closure, thus causing separation or rupture of the tamper-proof ring.

L'invention a pour but d'obtenir un bouchon moulé en une seule pièce de matière thermoplastique qui puisse se démouler correctement avec un anneau d'inviolabilité subissant au débouchage une séparation ou une rupture efficace. L'anneau d'étanchéité, prévu à la base de la jupe du corps de bouchon, se compose d'une jupe extérieure 4 et de segments intérieurs 5 écartés de la jupe 4 à laquelle chacun des segments est relié par ses extrémités 6 orientées obliquement par rapport à la direction radiale dans un certain sens de façon à se replier contre la jupe de l'anneau au démoulage et au bouchage mais à être retenu par la contre-bague du col de récipient au débouchage en provoquant alors la séparation ou la rupture de l'anneau d'inviolabilité en des points de moindre résistance prévus à la fabrication du bouchon. L'invention s'applique aux bouchons à vis ou encliquetables.
