A cigarette holder, cigar holder or mouthpiece for a pipe for breaking the habit of smoking consists of - an internally conical insertion sleeve for receiving a cigarette, cigar or pipe stem, - a central section which contains a mixing chamber and a tar and nicotine trap and - a mouthpiece, characterised by a plurality of apertures (9) permitting the adjustment of an air inlet for admixing air to the smoke flowing through, which apertures are to be opened after certain periods of use and are designed as perforated predetermined breaking points. <IMAGE>

Zigarettenspitze, Zigarrenspitze oder Pfeifenmundstück zur Rauchentwöhnung, bestehend aus - einer innen konischen Eingangshülse zur Aufnahme einer Zigarette, Zigarre oder eines Pfeifenschaftes, - einem Mittelstück, das eine Mischkammer und einen Teer- und Nikotinabscheider enthält und - einem Mundstück, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere die Einstellung eines Lufteinlasses erlaubende Öffnungen (9) zur Beimischung von Luft zu dem durchströmenden Rauch, die nach bestimmten Zeiträumen der Benutzung zu öffnen und als perforierbare Sollbruchstellen ausgebildet sind.
