1. Arrangement for winding textile yarns (12) from bobbins (1) of a bobbin frame (18) upon a warp beam (13') of a gathering or warping machine (13), an adjustable yarn brake device (2) for each yarn (12) having two rollers (2', 2") contacting one another with pretension at the circumference, at least one of which has a covering of an elastic material and which are driven by the yarn (12) drawn between them, a brake adjusting device (7, 25) operating upon all of the yarn brake devices (2) in order to alter the pre-tension, characterised in that the winding velocity at the yarn brake devices (2) during the winding operation of the gathering or warping machine (13) following start-up is variable independently of the yarn quantity increasing at the warp beam (13') and that the brake adjusting device (7, 25) is automatically controllable by means of a yarn tension measuring device (11).

Bei einer Wickelanordnung mit Spulengatter (18) und Schärmaschine (13) wird für jeden Faden (12) eine Rollenbremse (2) verwendet, deren mit einem elastischen Überzug versehene und gegeneinander gedrückte Rollen (2',2") von dem zwischen ihnen durchgezogenen Faden (12) angetrieben werden. Alle Rollenbremsen (2) sind nach dem Anfahren der Schärmaschine mit einer Bremsverstellvorrichtung (25) selbsttätig steuerbar, die von einer Fadenspannungsmeßvorrichtung (11) beaufschlagt wird. Um mit der höchsten fadenbruchlosen Fadenlaufgeschwindigkeit bei geringsten Stillstandszeiten wickeln zu können, ist die an den Rollenbremsen (2) vorhandene Fadendurchzugsgeschwindigkeit nach dem Anfahren der Schärmaschine (13) veränderlich.
