[origin: US4347810A] The combustion chamber wall consists of tubes which are inclined to the horizontal and which are welded to one another in a gas-tight relationship via webs. Pairs of vertical tension strips bear against the outside of the combustion chamber wall. Each pair is connected to the wall tubes via a plurality of sheet-metal strips distributed over the height of the combustion chamber wall. The sheet-metal strips are disposed perpendicularly to the combustion chamber wall plane and are cut out in the form of a comb at the edge connected to the wall tubes.

Die Brennkammerwand besteht aus zur Horizontalen geneigten Rohren (1), die untereinander über Flossen (2) gasdicht verschweißt sind. Außen an der Brennkammerwand liegen Paare von vertikalen Zugbändern (10) an. Jedes Paar ist über mehrere, über die Höhe der Brennkammerwand verteilte Blechstreifen (11) mit den Wandrohren (1) verbunden. Die Blechstreifen (11) sind rechtwinklig zur Brennkammerwandebene angeordnet und an ihren mit den Wandrohren (1) verbundenen Rand kammartig ausgeschnitten.
