Double leaf spring formed in one piece from a stamped sheet metal part and with a central base part (3), a claw part (1) adjoining thereat at one end in longitudinal direction and a contact spring part (2), adjoining thereat at the other end and with a double spring arm pair (6, 7) bent away at right angles to one side with respect to the claw part (2), wherein the contact spring part (2) displays spring arm pairs (6, 7), which are arranged lying one above and opposite the other and each tied to a respective spring arm base (8 or 9), and the spring arm bases are connected one with the other at the outside by a web (10), characterized thereby, that the base part (3) is shaped in the manner of a cage and forms a couter-bearing for a first spring arm base (8), for which it consists of a bottom (12) tied to the other spring arm base (9) and the side walls (13) preferably upstanding obliquely forward, and that the side walls (13) in the front end region pass over into counterbearing lugs (14), which are rolled inwards and laterally engage over a support web (15) tied to the first spring arm base (8).
