1. A strain relief for electric cables (2), which are guided through a substantially cylindrical bore (6) of a component (1) and are secured in this bore with the aid of a clamp screw (7), characterized in that the clamp screw (7) is formed out of preferably weak elastic synthetic material and has a central bore (6) which widens into the interior of the screw (7) at its end facing the cable (2), in that the end of the screw in the region of the central bore (6) has slots (8) in order to enable the narrowed end of the bore to spread and in that a pressure member (4) acting on the cable (2) is provided, which has a projection (5) directed towards the screw, with an end with widens in the outward direction, which is engageable into the central bore (6) of the clamp so long as the slotted region of this screw is located outside the threaded bore (9) accommodating this screw (7).
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Zugentlastung für elektrische Kabel wird das Kabel (2) durch eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Bohrung (1a) eines Bauteils (1) hindurchgeführt und in dieser Bohrung (1a) mit Hilfe einer Klemmschraube (7) aus Kunststoff festgehalten. Um ein völliges Herausschrauben der Kunststoffklemmschraube und ein unzulässiges Ersetzen der Kunststoffklemmschraube durch eine Metallschraube sowie eine Beschädigung des Kabels durch diese Klemmschraube zu verhindern, ist die Klemmschraube (7) aus vorzugsweise schwach elastischem Kunststoff ausgebildet und weist an ihrem dem Kabel (2) zugewandten Ende eine sich in das Innere der Klemmschraube (7) hin erweiternde zentrische Bohrung (6) auf, in deren Bereich das Ende der Klemmschraube (6) Schlitze (8) aufweist, die ein Aufspreizen des verengten Endes der Bohrung (6) ermöglichen, und ein auf das Kabel (2) wirkendes Druckstück (4) weist einen auf die Klemmschraube (6) gerichteten Ansatz (5) mit einem nach außen hin erweiterten Ende auf, der in die zentrische Bohrung (6) der Klemmschraube (7) einrastbar ist solange sich der geschlitzte Bereich dieser Klemmschraube außerhalb der diese Klemmschraube (7) aufnehmenden Gewindebohrung (9) in dem Bauteil (1) befindet.
