Dispositif permettant notamment d'élaborer des signaux relatifs à un tracé circulaire à partir d'algorithmes simples. Il comporte des moyens de calcul (1) d'un paramètre ΔL défini par R = ???? et 0<=ΔL <U avec U vecteur élémentaire, ϑ angle au centre d'un polygone de côté U + ΔL circonscrit au cercle R, et des circuits logiques de traitement (2 à 6) élaborant la direction polaire Pn du tracé selon la relation: <IMAGE> L'invention s'applique aux systèmes de visualisation de symboles sur un écran cathodique.
