Emergency crank handle for motor drives of roller doors, roller blinds, folding ceiling doors or the like, with a resiliently mounted crank handle (14, 114) carrying a toothed wheel (9, 19) which, when the crank handle (14, 114) is moved against the action of a spring (6, 16), can be brought into meshing contact with a drive wheel (4, 24) acting upon the working shaft (26) characterized in that the toothed wheel mounted on the crank handle (14, 114) is a cylindrical gear with envelope lines entending parallel to the axis of the crank handle, and the drive wheel connected indirectly to the working shaft (26) ist designed as a crown wheel (4, 24) the tooth envelope lines of which lie in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the crown wheel.

Die Anmeldung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit einer Handkurbel, die über ein Stirnrad (9) und ein Kronenrad (4) auf die Motornotachse (3) oder eine Schneckenwelle zum Antrieb der eigentlichen Arbeitswelle wirkt, so daß ein raumsparendes aber sicher arbeitendes Notaggregat geschaffen wird, das zusätzlich mit einem elektrischen Notschalter (12) kombiniert ist.
