[origin: ES487676A1] A reconstitutable dry reagent for the turbidimetric determination of lipase, which reagent forms an emulsion upon adding water and comprises substrate oil, protective colloid, emulsifier and activator and the process for making said dry reagent comprising preparing an aqueous emulsion of a triglyceride containing bile acid salt, colipase, at least 10% by weight of protective colloid, and at least a part of a preserving agent, lyophilizing the emulsion, mixing the lyophilizate with a buffer substance and urea, and recovering said dry reagent.

Ein rekonstituierbares Trockenreagens zur Bestimmung der Lipase, welches bei Wasserzugabe eine Emulsion bildet, enthält o,2 bis 1o Gew.-% flüssiges Triglycerid, 2o bis 9o Gew.-% Schutzkolloid, 5 bis 6o Gew.-% Gallensäurealkalisalz, o,oo1 bis o,1 Gew.-% Colipase, o,1 bis 2,o Gew.-% Konservierungsmittel, 5 bis 2o Gew.-% Harnstoff, 3 bis 5o Gew.-% Puffersubstanz für pH 6,o bis 1o,5 und o,5 bis 5 Gew.-% Aktivator. Es läßt sich herstellen, indem man eine wäßrige Emulsion des Triglycerids herstellt, welche Gallensäuresalz, Colipase, mindestens 1o Gew.-% Schutzkolloid, mindestens einen Teil des Konservierungsmittels und gegebenenfalls Aktivator enthält, die Emulsion lyophilisiert und dem Lyophilisat Puffersubstanz, Harnstoff und gegebenenfalls restliches Schutzkolloid und Konservierungsmittel sowie gegebenenfalls weiteren Aktivator zumischt.
