[origin: WO7900414A1] Quick stranding machine having at least one spool carrier (4) held in floating bearings, prevented from rotating together with the rotor (1), inside which it is located, by an unbalance weight (7). In order to prevent, on the one hand, the spool carrier (4) from rotating during normal operation of the machine and, on the other hand, in case of failure, to prevent the production of damaging or destructive unbalances, a quick stranding machine is proposed, whose center of gravity lies mainly in the rotation axis (2) and in which there is an unbalance mass (7) connected to the spool carrier (4) and preventing the latter from rotating. The unbalance mass consists of a counterweight (7), that can rotate independently around the rotation shaft (2), and which can be uncoupled from the spool carrier (4) when a predetermined torque value is exceeded.

Une toronneuse rapide avec au moins une bobine flottante (4) a l'interieur du rotor (1) : un balourd (7) empeche que cette bobine se mette en rotation avec le rotor. Pour empecher la mise en rotation de la bobine lors d'une exploitation normale et pour eviter la creation de balourds endommageant ou detruisant la machine lors d'une panne, il est propose une toronneuse rapide dont le centre de gravite se trouve sur l'axe de rotation et dans laquelle un balourd est relie a la bobine; ce balourd consiste en un contre-poids (7) independant et mobile autour de l'axe de rotation; lors du depassement d'un couple de rotation determine, ce balourd peut etre desaccouple de la bobine (4).
