At one end of the bridge (28) is the separation unit (1) and at the other, the suction unit (2); these units being adjustably mounted, both units (1, 2) have a mobile suspended push-button switch (4). A cutting head (5) is connected to the switch (4) of the unit (1) and a suction head (8) is connected to the switch (4) of the unit (2), said suction head (8) removing the strings or binders which have been cut.
