[origin: EP0014890A2] In the process, the lofty textile materials are first prepared with a) a synthetic thickener, b) a bath which contains a synthetic thickener and a dye, or c) an electrolyte-containing padding liquor or an electrolyte-containing print paste, and then, in the case of measures a) and b), printed with an electrolyte-containing print paste and in the case of measure c) printed with a print paste which has been thickened with a synthetic thickener. This produces fully penetrating prints having crisp contours.
