Abstract (en)
A telescopic garment rod composed of a tubular body (4) and of two sleeves (7, 9), one of which is equipped with helical grooves (8) and the other of which is equipped with rectilinear grooves (10). A pin (14) traverses the grooves in both sleeves. The assembly forms a device for transforming a rotary movement into a rectilinear movement in order to vary the extension of the rod. <IMAGE>

Une tringle à vêtements télescopique composée d'un corps tubulaire (4) et de deux fourreaux (7,9), dont l'un est muni de rainures hélicoidales (8) et l'autre de rainures rectilignes (10). Une goupille (14) traverse les rainures dans les deux fourreaux. L'ensemble forme un dispositif de transformation d'un mouvement rotatif en un mouvement rectiligne pour varier l'extension de la tringle.
