[origin: EP0015296A1] A pump (1) supplies fluid to actuate selection solenoid valves (9, 10, 11, 12) connected in parallel and respectively controlling a boom raising cylinder (5), hoisting motor (6), boom extension/retraction cylinder (7), and swing motor (8). A bypass (19) includes a proportional solenoid relief valve (20). The electric current in the coil of the relief valve solenoid is controllable by a potentiometer electrically connected to the valve and provided in a separate control cabin, e.g., 5 - 10 m from the crane.
