[origin: ES8100930A1] A supporting and guiding stand for a bow-type continuous casting plant comprises exchangeable supporting segments supported on a carrying frame, in which segments the rollers of the oppositely arranged inner and outer guideways are mounted at a distance from one another. In the center of the circular arc along which the supporting segments are arranged, a pivoting lever including a device for seizing and extracting individual supporting segments is mounted. The length of the lever is shorter than the radial distance from the center to the supporting segments. For removing a desired supporting segment, telescopically extendable and retractable guide rails are provided on the pivoting lever, which, after having been moved out into the strand guideway, seize a supporting segment in a fork-like manner. Upon seizure counter guides arranged on the supporting segment come into engagement with the guide rails, the supporting segment thus being removable from the installed position along the guide rails.

Bei einem Stütz- und Führungsgerüst für eine Bogenstranggießanlage mit an einem Tragrahmen (1) abgestützten, auswechselbaren Stützsegmenten (6), in denen die Rollen (11, 13, 16) der einander gegenüberliegenden inneren und äußeren Führungsbahn (12 bzw. 14) im Abstand voneinander gelagert sind, ist im Mittelpunkt (18) des Kreisbogens, entlang dessen die Stützsegmente (6) angeordnet sind, ein Schwenkhebel (19), dessen Länge kürzer ist als der radiale Abstand vom Mittelpunkt (18) zu den Stützsegmenten (6), mit Einrichtungen (31,32) zum Erfassen und Ausziehen einzelner Stützsegmente gelagert. Um ohne eigenen Wagen zur Aufnahme eines Stützsegmentes (6) auszukommen und um sicherzustellen, daß das erfaßte Segment während des Ausbaues sicher gehalten und geführt ist, sind am Schwenkhebel (19) teleskopartig ein- und ausschiebbare Führungsschienen (28) vorgesehen, die nach Ausschieben in die Strangführungsbahn (12 bzw. 14) ein Stützsegment (6) gabelförmig umfassen, wobei am Stützsegment (6) befestigte Gegenführungen (33) mit den Führungsschienen (28) in Eingriff gelangen, worauf das Stützsegment (6) entlang der Führungsschienen (28) aus der Einbaustellung entfernbar ist.
