Device for feeding washed roller towels into a mangle before which there is arranged a mangle entry below which there is arranged a pit for hanging feeding the roller towels upwardly, wherein in front of the mangle there is arranged a guiding device for the roller towels which has a surface or edge which comes to engage with the respective roller towel, characterised in that the edge or surface (12) is constructed convexly curved and is provided on a pivotally mounted element, the pivot axis (13) of which is arranged normal to the plane defined by the curved edge or a generatrix of the curved surface, and that for control of the pivoting of the edge or surface (12) there are provided a sensor sensing the one edge of the respective roller towel and a drive (16) privoted to the element.
