1. Method of rinsing textile material in a tank after wet treatment, in which fresh water is applied to the textile material which circulates continuously in the tank, the textile material passes through a liquor-free resting zone and residual water is squeezed out of the material in a drainage zone, characterized by the combination of the following features : a) the total quantity of fresh water is applied to the textile material - viewed in the direction of circulation of the textile material - after the drainage zone and before the resting zone ; b) the maximum quantity of fresh water applied is equal to the quantity of water which the textile material can bear on entry into the resting zone.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit dem Spülen von Textilgut, das nach einer Naßbehandlung in einer Kufe endlos umläuft. Bei diesem endlosen Umlauf wird Haftwasser aus dem Textilgut entfernt (12) und aus der Kufe abgezogen (13), Frischwasser dem Textilgut zugeführt (15) und dieses Textilgut durch eine Verweilzone gefördert (4). Um bei einem besonders günstigen Wasserverbrauch eine optimale Spülwirkung und relativ kurze Spüldauer erzielen zu können, wird mit einer flottenfreien Verweilzone gearbeitet, und es wird höchstens soviel Frischwasser auf das Textilgut aufgebracht, wie dieses bei seinem Eintritt in die Verweilzone tragen kann.
