The invention relates to a process and a device for manufacturing textile wall coverings, weft (11) and/or warp (13) yarns being attached in the form of endless yarns to an auxiliary carrier (7) and thereafter being transferred continuously from the auxiliary carrier to the carrier (18). During or after the transfer of the weft yarns (11) to the carrier (18), a combination with the longitudinal or weft yarns (13) is carried out by overlaying and/or underlaying. The auxiliary carrier (7) for receiving the yarns is arranged below and/or laterally of the yarn applicator device and consists of one or more bands, belts, rollers, chains or hollow cylinders. The auxiliary carrier (7) itself or at least part of the auxiliary carrier is made movable and is connected indirectly or directly to a drive device. The weft yarns (11) are transferred diagonally or perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the moved auxiliary carrier and/or of the moved pin chain by at least one carriage or gripper (10, 20) during a constant to-and-fro movement of the latter. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verhahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Textiltapeten, wobei Schuß- (11) und/oder Kettfäden (13) in Form von Endlosfäden auf einen Hilfsträger (7) aufgebracht und nachfolgend von dem Hilfsträger kontinuierlich auf den Träger (18) übertragen werden. Während oder nach der Übertragung der Schußfäden (11) auf den Träger (18) erfolgt eine Vereinigung mit den Längs- bzw. Kettfäden (13) durch Über- und/oder Unterlagerung. Unterhalb und/oder seitlich der Fadenauftragsvorrichtung ist der Hilfsträger (7) zur Aufnahme der Fäden angeordnet, der aus einem oder mehreren Bändern, Riemen, Walzen, Ketten, Hohlzylindern besteht. Der Hilfsträger (7) selbst oder mindestens ein Teil des Hilfsträgers ist bewegbar ausgebildet und steht mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung mittelbar oder unmittelbar in Verbindung. Die Schußfäden (11) werden diagonal oder senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des bewegten Hilfsträgers und/oder der bewegten Nadelkette von mindestens einem Wagen oder Greifer (10,20) während einer ständigen Hin- und Rückbewegung desselben abgegeben.
