Abstract (en)
Device for shot blasting of the inside of large pieces which is formed from two vehicles (12, 13). One (12) of the vehicles is displaced longitudinally in the piece, whilst the second (13), carried by the first, is capable of being displaced perpendicularly. The second vehicle carries the lateral blasting nozzles (4) which oscillate in a vertical plane. These nozzles form columns which can be oriented into positions which are orthogonal to the surface to be treated. Vertically directed nozzles make it possible to blast the ceiling. A carriage (24) positions the device in front of the piece (2) to be treated. The movements of the vehicles and of the nozzles are synchronised. <IMAGE>

Dispositif de grenaillage pour l'intérieur de pièces volumineuses formé de deux véhicules (12, 13). L'un (12) des véhicules se déplace longitudinalement dans la pièce, alors que le second (13), porté par le premier, est susceptible de se déplacer perpendiculairement. Le second véhicule porte les buses de grenaillage (4) latérales oscillantes dans un plan vertical. Ces buses forment des colonnes qui sont orientables dans des position orthogonales selon la surface à traiter. Des buses dirigées verticalement permettent le grenaillage du plafond. Un chariot (24) met en place le dispositif devant la pièce (2) à traiter. Les mouvements des véhicules et des buses sont synchronisés.
