1. A building consisting of self-solid modules placed side by side (6, 7, 8, 9), each one constituting oneor several rooms of which the internal coverings and arrangements have been placed and/or equipped in a factory, the modules being then carried and settled definitively on the spot of the building, the properly called walls (37) and the roofing (38, 39) of the building resting upon the said walls being conventionally raised all around the equipped modules (6, 7, 8, 9), characterized in that each module is entirely encased inside a completely tight bag (118), the walls and the roofing not contacting the said bags (118) and the said bags being then cutted out at the places of the openings (10, 11, 14, 16, 19, 21, 25, 26) when building is finished.

La structure de bâtiment, qui peut être une maison particulière, comporte un niveau composé de parties intérieures qui sont réalisées sous la forme de plusieurs modules juxtaposés (6, 7, 8, 9). Les revêtements et aménagements internes des modules sont préfabriqués et installés en usine, avant la mise en place définitive sur le chantier. Chaque module (6 à 9) est enveloppé d'une sorte de sac entièrement hermétique. Les murs proprement dits (37), sur lesquels repose la toiture, sont élevés autour des volumes enfermés dans leurs sacs, sans toucher ces derniers. Avant d'élever les murs, les modules peuvent être déjà interconnectés en ce qui concerne les interconnexions électriques, hydrauliques, téléphoniques et analogues. Les murs (37) peuvent être realisés en matériaux traditionnels (pierres, parpaings, panneaux en ciment préfabriqués, etc.). Les parois (43 à 58) des modules peuvent être fabriqués suivant les techniques classiques de fabrication des caravanes.
