[origin: EP0016894A2] Chair and/or divan with arms, back and legs which can be folded onto the plane of the seat, consisting substantially of a flat panel forming the seat (1) on the rear edge of which is articulated in a hinge manner (2) a panel forming a folding back (3), means being provided to limit the opening (4) from a folded position adhering to the seat panel (1) into an open position for sitting, and in which, in each lateral edge of the said seat panel (1), are articulated so as to be able to slide by virtue of the previous arrangement of grooves in the said articulation between predetermined limits in opposition, two panels forming the arm (6), each arm extending downwards below the articulation (5) and being articulated to a pair of lower lateral legs (9) in a central position (8), each pair of the said legs (9) being articulated (10) in turn underneath the seat (1). <IMAGE>
