Eine solche Steuereinrichtung gibt bei einem einem Verkaufspreis entsprechenden Münzeinwurf eine Warenausgabeeinrichtung des Selbstverkäufers frei. Es sind verschiedene Verkaufspreise einstellbar. Ein Münzzählwerk zählt die Wertigkeit der eingeworfenen Münzen. Um mit rein mechanischen Mitteln eine Zuordnung zwischen eingestellten Verkaufspreis und vom Münzzählwerk gezählten Münzen zu ermöglichen ist jeder Nockenscheibe des Münzzählwerks ein Abtasthebel zugeordnet. Über die Abtasthebel erstreckt sich der Sperrschieber, der von jedem der Abtasthebel in seine Freigabestellung verschiebbar ist. Außerdem greift jede Steuerstange an einem Steuerhebel an, der mittels der Steuerstange in die oder aus der Bewegungsbahn eines der Abtasthebel vor den Sperrschieber zu schwenken ist.
