[origin: ES257043U] The invention relates to a closure means for instance seated on a bottle and hermetically sealing it. The closure means preferably is shaped like a cap comprising at least one slitting by means of which the side wall of the cap spreads when being set. The cap furthermore comprises an inside annular bead and a sealing collar for hermetically sealing the cap onto the bottle. The cap further comprises a lift-off element for easy reopening and at least one tear-off tensioning member spanning the slitting so as to counteract spreading and acting as a warranty signet.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß, der z.B. auf einer Flasche sitzend diese hermetisch abdichtet. Der Verschluß hat vorzugsweise die Gestalt einer Kappe (80), die mindestens eine Schlitzung (82) aufweist, mittels derer der Kappenseitenmantel (81) sich beim Aufsetzen der Kappe spreizt. Ferner weist die Kappe (80) einen Innenringwulst (89) und eine Dichtungstülle (86) auf, die zum hermetischen Dichten der Kappe auf der Flasche dienen. Weiter umfaßt die Kappe (80) ein Anhebelement (88) zum leichten Wiederöffnen und mindestens ein aufreißbares Spannorgan (84), das die Schlitzung (82), einer Spreizung entgegenwirkend, überbrückt und als Garantiesiegel dient.
