Abstract (en)

1. A method of introducing solvent into the gas cylinders of a cylinder group, characterised in that the amount of solvent lacking is determined before the filling operation ; that the introduction of the solvent is carried out separately from and before the process of filling with the gas and the solvent is introduced into the group of cylinders in the form of a stream of liquid under pressure by means of a manifold which connects the cylinders of the group, the cylinders remaining open and connected to one another after the introduction of the solvent.

Bei der Entnahme eines Gases aus einem Flaschenbündel, in dem es unter Druck in einem Lösungsmittel gelöst gespeichert ist, geht stets eine gewisse Lösungsmittelmenge verloren. Es ist deshalb von Zeit zu Zeit erforderlich, Lösungsmittel in die Flaschen nachzufüllen. Eine Entnahme der einzelnen Flaschen aus dem Flaschenbündel kann vermieden werden, wenn das Lösungsmittel in flüssiger Form und unter Druck in das Flaschenbündel über eine die Flaschen des Bündels verbindende Sammelleitung eingebracht wird.
