A heat exchanger which can be connected between the boiler outlet and the chimney inlet, having an annulus surrounding the flue gas pipe to preheat one or more separate media before they enter the boiler, characterized in that the heat exchanger comprises a series of annular chamber segments tandem joined by the building brick system, which exhibit, along with the central recess for the passage of the flue gas, the inlets and outlets (13, 17, 19, 21, 23, 26, 27, 29, 33, 37, 57) for the medium or media.
